What is life and wellness coaching?
Life and wellness coaching is a collaborative journey. As your coach—and your co-pilot—I walk beside you with curiosity and compassion. I’m here to witness your experience, reflect your truth, and help you untangle the thoughts that keep you stuck. This isn’t about giving advice or telling you what to do. It’s about honoring your inner wisdom and helping you reconnect with the clarity and confidence that already lives within you.
Through thoughtful questioning and gentle guidance, I will invite you to:
Clarify the goals that truly matter to you
Understand your current reality with honesty and grace
Explore possibilities without judgment
Choose intentional actions that align with your values
At its heart, coaching is rooted in the belief that you are resourceful, capable, and whole. My role is to hold space for your growth—not to fix, but to empower.
What can I expect during a coaching session?
Each coaching session is a safe, supportive space designed just for you. We begin with where you are—emotionally, mentally, and energetically—and gently explore what’s coming up for you. There’s no pressure to perform or have it all figured out. You set the pace, and I walk beside you.
Here’s what a typical session might include:
Grounding and check-in: We start by settling in and noticing what’s present for you in the moment.
Exploration through inquiry: I’ll ask thoughtful, open-ended questions to help you reflect, gain clarity, and uncover insights.
Goal alignment: We’ll revisit your intentions and explore what feels aligned, possible, and empowering.
Action planning: You’ll choose your next steps—ones that feel doable and authentic to you.
Reflection and integration: We’ll close with space to reflect, celebrate progress, and integrate what you’ve discovered.
You won’t be judged, diagnosed, or directed. Instead, you’ll be deeply seen and heard. Coaching is about honoring your lived experience and helping you reconnect with your own wisdom. It’s a space where transformation feels gentle, grounded, and real.
Is coaching like therapy?
Coaching and therapy both offer powerful support—but they serve different purposes.
Therapy often focuses on healing emotional wounds, processing trauma, and understanding patterns rooted in the past. It’s typically led by a licensed mental health professional and may involve diagnosis and treatment.
Coaching, on the other hand, is future-focused. It’s about helping you move forward—not by analyzing your past, but by tapping into your present strengths and inner wisdom. As your coach, I don’t diagnose or treat. I walk beside you as you explore what’s possible, clarify your goals, and take empowered steps toward the life you want to create.
If therapy is about healing, coaching is about thriving. Both are valuable. And sometimes, they work beautifully together.
I don’t have social anxiety - can I still work with you?
Yes, you can! While supporting those with social anxiety is a deep passion of mine, my coaching is open to anyone seeking clarity, growth, and meaningful change. Whether you're navigating a career shift, moving through a life transition, longing to feel more joy, or simply trying to quiet your inner critic—I’m here to walk beside you.
Coaching is about meeting you exactly where you are. You don’t need to be facing a specific challenge to benefit. If you’re ready to explore what’s possible and reconnect with your inner wisdom, I’d be honoured to support you.
